This is the place where you can discuss the existance of the Triforce in Ocarina of Time. As with all other Zelda games, the Triforce played an important role in the game: it was the goal to get as a child. However, the Triforce is not a collectable item, and Link can never 'use' it like Ganondorf did, even when he has a single piece of it. Or so it is thought.....
You decide whether this thing really exists. It exists in other Zelda games. The weird thing is, though, that in this game, there are three parts to the Triforce (Power, Courage, Wisdom) and in Link to the Past (Super NES) there are eight pieces to the Triforce. It's hard to tell whether the Triforce exists in Ocarina of Time, since some people pick up some rumors just for the sake of attention. I do not believe the Triforce exists in the game, but that doesn't mean that I am not open for discussion. Please send your own opinions to reuben_57@hotmail.com and I will post them.

In my opinion, I think there is a slight bit of the Trifforce in Ocarina of Time. Although Link can never "use" it, maybe the significance is deeper. Maybe the power of courage is within himself which allows him to do so many tasks and save Hyrule. Same things with Zelda. Her wisdom is within her from the Triforce. It doesn't mean that if Links part of the force is gone he will not be courageous. The courage is part of him joined sort of with the force. The power of each piece is never used visibly, but maybe it is working. I think. That could be my opinion. Although I agree that the Triforce is always changing throughout the games, yet in the most current episode of the Link Saga, the Triforce is symbolized as what it is. (Three pieces not eight. hehe)
Anywho the power from each piece is in the person, but it isn't seen visibly. Its affects are only shown. (Link-Courageous to save Hyrule, Zelda-Wise to keep order and help Link, and Gannandorf-Power in which he corrupts Hyrule).

Well, great insight PT, never looked at it that way before.
